Sierra Leone’s First Lady, Dr. Fatima Maada Bio was elected President of the Organization of African First Ladies for Development (OAFLAD) February 15, during the 29th General Assembly at the African Union Commission in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

OAFLAD, an esteemed organization comprising First Ladies from across Africa advocates for social and economic development in the region.
